Cancellation Policy

DESIGNATED MOTORIST SERVICE USE POLICY 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSBy requesting and using the "Ángeles Designados" designated motorist service, the client accepts the terms and conditions established in this usage policy. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or cancellation of the service. 2. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE The motorist service is provided with the commitment to guarantee the safety and comfort of the client, complying with all current traffic regulations. The client must provide true and complete information about his vehicle and the destination before starting the service. Ángeles Designados reserves the right to refuse or interrupt the service if the client displays inappropriate behavior or puts the safety of the driver or third parties at risk. 3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES The customer is responsible for ensuring that his/her vehicle is in optimal driving condition, including fuel level, brake condition, lights and other essential mechanical aspects. The transportation of illegal substances, weapons, or the performance of illicit activities will not be permitted during the service. The customer must respect the driver and follow his/her instructions in case of unforeseen situations during the trip. 4. DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES The designated driver is obliged to drive responsibly, respecting speed limits and traffic regulations. Before starting the service, he/she will perform a basic inspection of the vehicle to verify its condition and ensure a safe trip. In the event of an accident or mechanical failure, the driver will immediately inform the customer and the shift coordinator to take the corresponding measures. 5. CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE The customer may cancel the service before the driver starts the trip, and charges may apply in case of late cancellations. If the client displays aggressive behavior, or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs in a reckless manner, the driver may suspend the service immediately and notify the administration. 6. LIABILITY POLICY Ángeles Designados is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical damage to the client's vehicle or for failures resulting from normal use of the vehicle during the service. In the event of an accident caused by the driver, the corresponding procedure will be followed with the service's insurance company or the client's insurance company, depending on the circumstances.
