Hi, I'm Victor. For a long time, I've been dreaming that there should be an easier way to park your vehicle when you arrive from a busy traffic jam and are late for an appointment at a shopping center, for university, for midterms, for work, etc. Years later, I discovered that this service existed in different parts of the world, but it was only missing in El Salvador.
Hay Parking was created to help improve customer service at any establishment or event through valet parking. We try to transform the negative feelings that can be carried by battling with traffic, not finding parking, walking long distances to the ideal entrance and turn them into positive feelings associated with the event and establishment.
In 2017, we started working with brands that had parking issues and supporting events to help them stand out from the rest. We had around 10 employees and we attended 2 to 3 events per month.
Many of the restaurants that gave us the opportunity to serve them began to see their daily flow increase as customers no longer left because there was no parking; instead, there was a solution.
In 2019, after several events and bases, we began to worry about not giving keys to people who could not drive, so we launched the Angeles service. A designated driver service in your vehicle.
Now in 2025 we have more than 40 parking specialists specializing in customer service, we work in around 10 fixed bases per week and serve around 15 angels per day.
